According to EUPD Research's Global PV InstallerMonitor 2021/22, PV installers in Brazil, California and South Africa select their PV modules with different aspects in mind – though "quality in regards to manufacturing" ranks high in terms of importance for installers in all three countries. In South Africa it even ranks above all other features. While Brazilian installers consider "output" the most important feature when purchasing modules, those in California place more emphasis on "reliability of delivery information".

U.S. Senate Passes Historic $369B Climate Package| August 07

After a marathon series of votes that began just before midnight Saturday, the United States Senate adopted a US$369-billion climate and clean energy plan Sunday afternoon, the country’s biggest-ever investment in climate action. Some parts of the Inflation Reduction Act negotiated by coal baron Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) face continuing opposition from the U.S. climate community.
